Lab Manager

Gemma completed her DPhil in the Williams group in 2018, having moved across to Oxford with Professor Williams from Imperial College London. The focus of her doctoral research was the development and exploration of heterodinuclear catalysts for CO₂ copolymers.

Gemma then moved across to an industrial position at Econic Technologies, developing new polyol materials using their patented CO₂ technology. This work included process development and scale up, collaborating closely with engineering teams to take the product to market.

Her recent role in the group as Polymer Materials Analytical Suite Manager utilises her experience to ensure the smooth running of the laboratory and projects within the multidisciplinary team.
